Terms & Conditions:

* 20% Gratuity(tip) – Automatically added to all transfers.

* Cancellation – Allowed up to (72) hours before schedule pickup time.

* CASH Transfers – All transfers require a Credit Card on file.

* Refunds – Some customers will be offered a in-house credit of full value for future travel (not to exceed 2yrs). If Refund is requested it will be credited back to original Credit Card within 20 business days after request (If possible).  Customer originated requests will incur a 25% processing fee which will be deducted from refund.  All refunds due to a service issues will incur no processing fee.

* Domestic Arrivals – We provide 45 minutes of FREE wait-time from the moment the Plane/Bus/Train ACTUALLY arrives (not the schedule arrival time).  If you don’t meet your driver or call within that period of time, you will be considered a NO-SHOW, the vehicle will be released and NO REFUND will be offered.  If you are going to take longer than the allotted FREE time, please call (800)348-9518 and we will arrange for the driver to wait.  Regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any additional delays.   Additional time will be calculated in half hour increments based on the normal hourly charge for that kind of vehicle.

* International Arrivals – We provide 75 minutes of FREE wait-time from the moment the Plane/Bus/Train ACTUALLY arrives (not the schedule arrival time). If you don’t meet your driver or call within the allotted wait time, you will be considered a NO-SHOW, the vehicle will be released and NO REFUND will be offered. If you are going to take longer than the allotted FREE time, please call (800)348-9518 and we will arrange for the driver to wait.  Regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any additional delays.  Additional time will be calculated in half hour increments based on the normal hourly charge for that kind of vehicle.

* Transfers to Airport – We provide 15 minutes of FREE wait time for all transfers, from the time of the scheduled pickup.  If vehicle is still waiting after FREE wait time has expired, additional time will be calculated in quarter hour increments based on the normal hourly charge for that kind of vehicle.

* Point-to-Point Transfers – We provide 15 minutes of FREE wait time for all transfers, from the time of the scheduled pickup.  If vehicle is still waiting after FREE wait time has expired, additional time will be calculated in quarter hour increments based on the normal hourly charge for that kind of vehicle.

* Concerts/Sporting Events/Weddings/Proms – All of these transfers are regularly CHARTER only, unless special arrangements are agreed to.

* Charters – 3hrs minimum; Town Car ($50hr) / SUV ($60hr) / Van ($70hr) / LIMO (Varies)

* Legal – If legal action is necessary to collect monies due, you will be responsible for any and all court costs, our attorney fees and the balance due.  Also, any damages caused to the vehicle by client or their guests, will result in a minimum charge of $100.00, based on cost of damage.  Any person or persons that secrete any bodily fluids in any company vehicle will be charged a minimum cleaning fee of $250.00 (final cost will be determent when bill is received from detail shop).
