How long are quotes good for?

24hrs – Due to the fast pace nature of the business quotes are good for only a very short period of time, lock-in your rate an make your reservation.

How far in advance should I reserve?

ASAP – For most ground transportation services, booking at-least (1) month in advance is good practice and generally recommended. However, for large groups, peak travel seasons, or busy markets, booking months in advance is advised to ensure availability.

Will all fees be included in final price?

Yes – All taxes, tolls and tips will be included in final price.

Is a credit / debit card needed for reservation?

Yes – Full payment is required at the time of booking. This is a common practice for various industries, including hotels, airlines, car service and other hospitality providers.

Can reservation be canceled ?

Yes – reservations can be canceled up to 72hrs before scheduled pickup time – NO CANCELLATION 72hrs or less before scheduled pickup time. In the even that when you make your reservation is for within 72hrs, there will be no cancellation available.

Yes – 25% fee applies – cancellation fees are common in the ground transportation industry. These fees are often used to compensate for potential lost revenue and the resources used in preparing for a service that is no longer needed.

What are the child car seat rules in Florida ?

In Florida, children aged 5 and under must be secured in a federally approved child restraint device, which can include a car seat, a booster seat, or a vehicle’s integrated child seat. Infants and toddlers (ages 0-3) must use a separate carrier or a manufacturer’s integrated child seat. Children aged 4-5 may use a separate carrier, an integrated child seat, or a booster seat

Do you provide child car seats?

Yes – basic child car seats are included in the price, but if you require a more advanced or feature-rich car seat, you’ll need to bring your own. The standard car seats provided are basic, and you can bring your own for a more personalized or comfortable experience. Please let us know if you are bringing your own car seat so we can leave ours at the base.

What if my flight is early or late?

No problem – We start tracking flights (1) hour before the arrival time given by customer, we ask that you let us know as soon as you know of any fluctuations in arrival time, since you will know before we do.

Yes – $25 fee applies – If flight is more than (1) hour late from there scheduled arrival time. These fees are often used to compensate for potential lost revenue and the resources used in preparing for a service that is now later than scheduled.

How do I find my driver?

Driver will contact you via a call or text on your cell phone and explain where you will find him or her, turn on your cell phone as soon as you arrive. for pickups not from airports have cell phone on 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
